    If you have a warranty claim, damaged item, missing piece or any other request related to a problem with your order, we ask that you fill out the form below. Whether you purchased your items online or in store at one of our locations, all new items are backed by a full manufacturer’s warranty.

    When completing the below form, here is what we require to process your submission:

    • One overall picture of the item
    • Two pictures of the affected area(s)
    • One picture of the attached item tag containing the serial number

    Please ensure the pictures are clear and contain all of the information requested in order to expedite your request. Once submitted, an email with your claim information will be sent to our team for review. Our team typically reviews requests Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and will respond within one (1) business day with more details regarding the processing of your claim.
